Systems Engineering Specialist - SCCM/Intune

As a Systems Engineering Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for supporting EPM Desktop Engineering SCCM/Intune operations. Your key responsibilities and skillset requirements include: - Demonstrating understanding of deployment of security patches, applications, and settings using SCCM Configuration Manager. - Utilizing current scripting technologies and batch commands. - Having basic knowledge of the windows end-user platform. - Possessing Intune & Autopilot operational level knowledge. - Demonstrating Vulnerability Management knowledge. - Monitoring and reporting on key metrics. - Troubleshooting and correcting operational & deployment issues. - Having in-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices. - Identifying, defining, managing, and controlling configuration. - Holding Microsoft & ITIL certification is considered an advantage. - Following strict change, incident, request, and problem management guidelines. - Ensuring compliance with service level agreements. - Strong technical and communication skills are a must.
