Systems Engineering Specialist - SCCM/Intune

NTT DATA is looking for a Systems Engineering Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Engineer supporting EPM Desktop Engineering SCCM/Intune operations, you will play a crucial role in deploying security patches, applications, and settings using SCCM Configuration Manager. You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience or a similar combination of education and work experience. Key responsibilities include demonstrating a basic understanding of scripting technologies, batch commands, windows end-user platforms, Intune & Autopilot operational level knowledge, and Vulnerability Management. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key metrics, troubleshooting and resolving operational & deployment issues, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices, as well as the ability to identify, define, manage, and control configurations. Microsoft & ITIL certification would be advantageous. Strong technical and communication skills are essential for this role.
