Systems Analyst II

Role Overview: FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India), a global capability center based in Bengaluru, is seeking a Systems Analyst II to join their team. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and translate complex business requirements into a functional system design document - Validate functional workflow, business rules, and formulae by performing data analysis using SQL queries - Create various documents such as BRDs, Systems Interface Requirements, RTM, and Data Requirements - Perform detailed analysis of data flows between upstream and downstream systems - Configure systems, develop expertise in system functionality and design - Provide support for system production issues, maintain documentation, and assist in testing releases - Develop training materials for system functionality and assist with applications changes and configurations - Convert application designs into data model and data mapping specifications - Provide guidance and mentoring to new systems analysts - Drive departmental best practices, guidelines implementation, and adhere to standards - Demonstrate a love for building elegant, maintainable, secure solutions - Display a drive to learn new things, improve oneself, and support the team - Support the Product Owner, especially in grooming activities and maintaining the product backlog Qualifications Required: - Functional Skills: - Great Communication Skill Verbal & Written - Good interpersonal skills - Documentation & Presentation skills - Critical thinking - Ability to work across multiple timezones - Domain/Operational Skills: - Data Mapping (Advanced | Required) - Requirements Tracking (Advanced | Required) - DB/SQL (Intermediate | Required) - Collaboration tools e.g. Confluence (Intermediate | Required) - Agile/Scrum methodology (Advanced | Required) - Functional Test tools (e.g. Postman, SOAPUI) (Intermediate | Required) - Bug tracking tools (JIRA, ALM) (Intermediate | Preferred) - AWS Cloud exposure (Intermediate | Preferred) - SOAP/REST API (Intermediate | Preferred) - Draw Tools (visio, draw) (Intermediate | Preferred) - Spreadsheet/Excel (Intermediate | Preferred) Additional Details: FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India) is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring process.
