Responsibilities: Own the entire delivery of assigned projects. Manage multiple projects involving 5-8 member teams. Ensure end-to-end delivery and control Project Delivery Metrics throughout the project lifecycle. Track project requirements and implementation across different phases. Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads, review contracts, conduct risk analysis and mitigation exercises, and provide updates to Management. Develop Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan, and Project plan. Ensure process and system compliances in the projects. Knowledge of Banking retail loan and MSB is advantageous.
