Key Responsibilities: Resolve hardware connectivity issues and software conflicts. Guide customers through system reboots, resets, and driver installations. Promote service plans and explain their long-term benefits. Requirements: Good command over tech terms and customer conversation. Familiarity with routers, printers, and email software. Excellent spoken English and 1 year of support experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,595.61 - ₹48,826.92 per month Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
