System & Network Administrator – O365

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft O365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Handle day-to-day IT operations, user support, and system administration tasks.
• Plan and execute new IT infrastructure implementations as per company requirements.
• Administer and maintain Domain Servers (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP) with future scalability in mind.
• Implement and manage IT security measures, policies, and best practices.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Learn and implement new technologies as required by the organization.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and security issues efficiently.
• Provide regular updates and report directly to management.
• Take ownership of tasks and handle new challenges proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 ecosystem.
• Good understanding of Windows Server & Domain Services.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure planning and implementation.
• Knowledge of IT Security concepts and implementations.
• Hands-on experience with network setup and management.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
