Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Support Windows OS (7/10/11), Microsoft Office, and commonly used business applications.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of client systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as necessary.
  • Maintain incident and request tickets in the ITSM system.
  • Assist in setting up new workstations and deploying devices for new joiners.
  • Follow IT policies and procedures, including asset and inventory management.
  • Support video conferencing, network connectivity, and remote desktop tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
