System Engineer / System Administrator Job Description Experience: Minimum 2 Years Skills: Microsoft Windows OS, MS Server OS,0365 cloud mail solution. Key Roles:- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices. Monitor the health and performance of IT systems, ensuring uptime and optimal performance. Perform routine checks to identify and resolve potential issues in hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Help maintain system backups and ensure proper recovery procedures are in place. Provide first-level technical support for internal users and resolve issues related to operating systems, hardware, and software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner. Assist in configuring and supporting network equipment such as CCTV, routers, and switches. Help ensure secure network connectivity and assist in network troubleshooting tasks. Apply patches and updates to operating systems, applications, and security software. Maintain detailed logs of system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures. Assist with creating and updating user guides and technical documentation for IT processes. Work closely with senior system administrators and other IT team members to support projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements for IT operations.
