Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the
configuration, testing, and validation
of Rocketlane setup as per project requirements.
Support
workflow creation
,
automation rules
,
integrations
, and
user role/permission management
.
Collaborate with
implementation partners
and
internal stakeholders
to ensure a seamless transition during go-live.
Handle
user onboarding
,
access management
, and conduct
training sessions
for project teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
project templates
,
time tracking
,
resource allocation
, and
reporting
.
Maintain
data integrity
, ensure proper
documentation
, and uphold
compliance
within the PSA platform.
Provide
post–go-live support
to ensure smooth stabilization and user adoption.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of
Rocketlane
or similar PSA tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
Knowledge of
workflow automation
and
integrations (API or native)
.
Excellent
problem-solving
and
communication skills
.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within timelines.

Experience:

4 to 9 years
of experience in
implementation support
,
project management tools
, or
PSA platforms
.
