System and Windows Administrator

Key Skills:

• Windows Server Administration:

  Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022). Expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DNS, DHCP, file and print services, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and server virtualization (Hyper-V).

• Microsoft 365 Administration:

  Knowledge on Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and security compliance. Proficient with user lifecycle management, license assignment, policy enforcement, and cloud security best practices.

• Security & Compliance:

  Implementing security policies, role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Azure AD conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP).

• Troubleshooting & Support:

  Diagnosing and resolving system issues, network connectivity, email flow, and user access problems. Providing user support and training for seamless technology adoption.

• Automation & Scripting:

  Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks across Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant and user accounts, licenses, and policies.
• Ensure system security through patch management and compliance controls.
• Support migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.
• Monitor system performance and implement capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications.
• Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions on Microsoft 365 apps.
