System Analyst

As a member of the Bell team, you will be actively involved in pushing the boundaries of native mobile experiences for one of the biggest brands in Canada. Your primary focus will be on helping users self-manage their Wireless, TV, Internet, and Home Phone services and devices while on the go. With over 8 million monthly visits, it is crucial that our application provides best-in-class usability and reliability to meet our customers" needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Elicit business requirements for project initiatives using Agile methodology, including writing features and stories. - Troubleshoot reported issues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams. - Prioritize investigations with vendor teams and identify all areas of impact to Dispatch and Work Order Management systems. - Partner with vendors/Business to resolve defects and ensure alignment. - Implement/co-ordinate mitigation where required. - Contribute to the team's repository of How-to documents. **Qualifications Required:** - High aptitude for understanding information systems technology, including JSON/XML. - Strong understanding of system integration and basic coding practices. - Experience with databases and SQL. - Familiarity with modeling concepts (JSON, XML, ERD), workflow/dataflow diagrams, and various software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall). - Initiative to solve problems/find answers independently. - Experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues. - Ability to test system requirements manually or systematically using tools like Postman or SoapUI. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Good To Have:** - Knowledge of Bell IT Systems such as ODM, TMForum, Service Now - specifically Field services module (FSM), etc. - Familiarity with Bell's Residential/Business services/products. - Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and software development in languages like JAVA, C#, C++.
