Role & responsibilities

Proficiency in System Administration with knowledge of computer networking, hardware, and software. Understanding of network protocols, VPN setup, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and endpoint security software configuration. Experience in monitoring network traffic and optimizing performance. Expertise in vulnerability assessments and patch management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues computer and Networks. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems. Manage user accounts and permissions. Perform regular security tests and monitor for security threats. Maintain and Monitor network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN. Document system configurations and procedures.
