Manage and optimize AWS billing, subscriptions, and costs.
Handle Microsoft 365 billing and prepare finance-related reports.
Install, upgrade, patch, and manage Linux and Windows operating systems.
Ensure system integrity with regular updates and backups.
Support and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
Configure and maintain network infrastructure.
Perform hardware upgrades, including RAM replacement and server maintenance.
Track software licenses and hardware inventory, assisting in purchasing and maintaining software licensing compliance.
Implement and manage data backup solutions and regularly test backup and restore processes.
