Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with strong knowledge of server administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support. The candidate should be capable of managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing servers and network devices to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor server performance, availability, storage, and system resources.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and IP addressing.
• Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Perform regular data backups, recovery testing, and disaster recovery activities.
• Apply security patches, software updates, and antivirus protection.
• Monitor network security and implement appropriate access controls.
• Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and IT asset records.
• Provide technical support to users and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Ensure maximum uptime, system reliability, and network performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in server administration and network support.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery, and endpoint security.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with server monitoring tools and network management systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or CompTIA Network+.

Candidate Requirements

The candidate must have practical, hands-on experience in both server administration and network management, with the ability to independently handle day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Pay: ₹19,800.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
