System Administrator

• Salary: 23000-25,000/ per month. (Based on Skills and interview)
• Joining immediate or 10 days notice period only.
• Office Hours: Office Hours 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday to Saturday.
• Leave policies: Sunday fixed off and national holidays.
• Experience: 2-3 years only.

Required Educational and Technical Background:

• Active Directory administration, Basic any Fortigate Firewall Configuration.
• File and folder sharing to respective AD users or groups.
• Laptop or desktop hardware troubleshooting, if required change part like Battery, Keyboard, screen. Training and support will be provided for this if required.
• Operating systems installation and configurations, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
• Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software.
• Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. Office 365 Basic will advantage.
• Networking concepts at the basics level – WiFi router configurations, IP address, Crimping. Network issues troubleshooting.
• Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable.
• (Optional) ESSL attendance app or machine handling.
• Basic SAP Support: Assist users with basic SAP operations (1st priority IT work; training will be provided).
• Good Understanding and Communication skills.
• Sophos Antivirus Support: Endpoint security monitoring, virus definitions update, and malware remediation.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
