Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer

Hands-on experience in Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, domain joining, and user administration.
Experience in printer troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
Knowledge of CHKDSK, System Restore, Windows Recovery, and disk troubleshooting.
Understanding of Microsoft Outlook OST files and profile-related issues.
Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Fundamental knowledge of switching, routing, and firewall concepts.
Good communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
