Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide day-to-day technical support to users across the factory and office.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, servers, and network devices.
Support manufacturing applications, ERP systems, and production-related software.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, backups, and IT documentation.
Ensure data security, antivirus protection, access control, and system updates.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Support barcode scanners, label printers, and shop-floor IT equipment.
Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize IT-related downtime.
Follow IT policies, cybersecurity procedures, and data backup schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
