System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator – L2 Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to manage IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, implement IT solutions, and ensure information security compliance at our client location.

Key Responsibilities

• Windows Server & Active Directory: Implement AD in the existing workgroup environment, manage DNS, DHCP, GPO, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Microsoft 365: Administer Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, user accounts, licensing, and email troubleshooting.
• Fortinet Security: Manage FortiGate Firewall, FortiClient VPN, EMS, endpoint security, and network troubleshooting.
• Synology NAS & Backup: Manage NAS storage, user data backups, access permissions, backup monitoring, and restoration.
• IT Help Desk: Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and manage tickets within SLA.
• VIP Support: Provide priority technical support to the CEO, Directors, and senior management.
• Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory, asset allocation, warranty, licensing, and lifecycle records.
• SAP Coordination: Manage SAP-related support tickets and coordinate with SAP vendors/technical teams.
• ISMS & ISO 27001: Ensure compliance with IT security policies, maintain audit documentation, and support security audits.
• IT Operations: Perform preventive maintenance, infrastructure monitoring, vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting.

Required Skills

Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, FortiGate Firewall, FortiClient EMS, Synology NAS, Networking, Backup Management, IT Help Desk, Asset Management, and ISO 27001 awareness.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
