System Administrator — Hardware & Software Support

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate should provide hands-on technical support and keep systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, email, and productivity tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and peripherals; replace faulty components and coordinate repairs.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device setup for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Maintain servers, system backups, antivirus protection, software updates, and security patches.
• Provide timely technical support to employees, both onsite and remotely.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in system administration and IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
• Practical knowledge of networking, user access management, backups, and endpoint security.
• Ability to identify root causes, prioritize issues, and resolve problems independently.
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to employee support.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
