Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a System Administrator & IT Trainer who can manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and train employees on IT tools, systems, and best practices.

✨ Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration

Manage and maintain servers, networks, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Install, configure & troubleshoot Windows/Linux OS
Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi
Perform system backups, security updates, and patch management
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure uptime
Maintain IT inventory, licensing, and documentation
Provide on-site and remote IT support

IT Training

Train employees on IT tools, software, security practices, and productivity apps
Conduct sessions on MS Office, Email usage, OS basics, Networking fundamentals
Prepare training materials, assessments, and practical sessions
Evaluate trainee performance and share progress reports
Support new joiners with onboarding & system usage training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
