System Administrator

Job Title:

System Administrator IT Infrastructure & Operations (Immediate Joiners)

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain

  Windows

  and

  Linux

  servers.
• Manage

  Active Directory (AD), Domain Controllers (DC), DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

  .
• Administer

  user accounts, groups, and security policies

  in

  Microsoft 365 and AD.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot

  Firewall, Network, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, VPN, and NAT.

• Configure and manage

  Wi-Fi access points, SSIDs, and network authentication.

• Manage

  NAS/SAN storage solutions

  and perform regular data backups.
• Oversee

  domain and DNS zone management

  , ensuring proper name resolution.
• Handle

  IT

  asset management, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking.

• Monitor

  system performance, uptime, and capacity planning

  to ensure high availability.
• Perform

  patching, updates, and preventive maintenance

  on servers and endpoints.
• Provide

  technical support and troubleshooting

  for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and maintain

  GIT repositories

  and user access control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

  infrastructure upgrades, automation, and security improvements.

• (Good to have) Experience with

  AWS Cloud

  for hosting, backup, and monitoring.

Skills & Competencies:

• Windows & Linux Server Administration

• Active Directory, Domain Controller & DNS Management

• Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Intune

• Networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN, NAT)

• Firewall Configuration & Troubleshooting

• Wi-Fi Access Point Configuration & Management

• Storage Management (NAS/SAN)

• AWS Cloud (Basic to Intermediate)

• GIT Administration & Repository Management

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and service orientation
