Job Description

Support clinical trial platform technologies, specifically the Rave EDC System
Collaborate with EDC vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage Rave EDC FMT meetings, including agenda preparation and minute documentation
Coordinate Rave User Access across all studies and URLs
Evaluate and assess alternative EDC systems such as Veeva
Maintain standard business processes in GDO Systems for regulatory compliance
Coordinate Rave upgrades and custom script validation with third-party vendors
Lead cross-functional teams in downstream system testing for Rave releases
Act as liaison between R&D stakeholders for Rave access and system enhancements
Work with DTI team to manage enhancements for systems like STAR and DMP
Provide technical input for automation and technology adoption in current systems
Manage documentation related to Rave User Access, including for acquisitions
Conduct risk assessments for evaluating new EDC systems
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Align system activities with executive priorities and regulatory needs
