Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing user accounts and permissions, implementing security measures, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, monitoring system performance, managing backup and recovery procedures, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure the seamless operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and permissions - Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems - Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues - Monitoring system performance and implementing solutions for optimal performance - Implementing and managing backup and recovery procedures - Collaborating with vendors for hardware and software procurement - Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures - Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies for improving IT infrastructure - Coordinating with other IT teams and departments for seamless operation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in user account management, security implementation, and system troubleshooting - Strong knowledge of network administration and backup procedures - Familiarity with emerging technologies and their implementation in IT infrastructure - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and other IT teams - Ability to maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures Note: The job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
