Candidate Profile & Key Responsibilities:

Proven
hands-on experience
in managing
high availability infrastructure
Minimum
4 years of relevant experience
in:
Hosting and managing websites on
Windows Server 2003
IIS 6.0 / 7.0
configuration and maintenance
Working with
.NET Frameworks
(2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0) in hosting environments
Experience working with
SQL Server 2005
, ideally in a
clustered environment
Database administration skills
are highly preferred
Should have
implementation experience

support-only backgrounds will not be suitable
Demonstrated
leadership skills
with strong
decision-making capabilities
in high-pressure environments
Familiarity with or
hands-on experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
is a significant plus

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

Windows Server (2003 and above)
IIS 6.0 / 7.0
.NET Framework deployment and troubleshooting
SQL Server 2005 Clustering and Database Management
Web hosting setup and infrastructure design
Problem-solving in production/live environments
