Job Title: System Admin
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Computer Science / IT or related field.
Experience: 0-6months [2year bond is mandatory]
Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and network systems.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to safeguard data and networks.
• Provide technical support for end-users (hardware/software/network issues).
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure license compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware, software, and service support.
• Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Implement system upgrades and improvements for better efficiency.
• Support Windows Live Mail / Outlook mail setup, configuration, and backup.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and applications. Help monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine backups and updates. Support IT asset management, documentation, and security compliance.

Requirements:

 Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.

 Familiarity with email clients (Outlook, Windows Live Mail).

 Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

 Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic troubleshooting.

 Good problem-solving and communication skills.

 Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
