As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at our call center, your role will involve implementing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for defining and setting up processes for DevOps operations, including development, testing, release, updates, and support. Your duties will also include hosting servers and applications/mobile apps, with experience in cloud platform hosting and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Engage and manage the security of applications and cloud systems - Review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project - Utilize troubleshooting techniques to identify and fix code bugs - Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports - Demonstrate strong knowledge of monolithic vs microservices architecture Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in IT infrastructure implementation and maintenance - Proficiency in DevOps operations and cloud platform hosting - Strong technical skills in software code review and validation - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and bug fixing - Knowledge of monolithic vs microservices architecture If you are looking for a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, working in person, this role could be a great fit for you.,
