Job Description

Looking for a skilled System Admin to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers and managing identity, access, and backup systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure.
Implement and manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
Schedule regular backups and test disaster recovery plans.
Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues from desktop operations.
Troubleshoot server-related problems and assist with application deployments.
Monitor server performance, storage, and security logs.

Job Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications: MCSA/MCSE, ITIL Foundation (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and compliance standards.
Ability to work on market-leading software for the telecommunications industry.
Experience working within an experienced team on high-end technology.
