Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Syniti ADM (Advanced Data Migration) Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing Syniti ADM solutions to support large-scale data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives, primarily in SAP and enterprise system landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Syniti ADM, data migration methodologies, and end-to-end project lifecycle execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Syniti ADM for enterprise data migration projects.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and map business processes.

Develop data migration strategy, rules, and transformation logic for multiple data domains (Master Data & Transactional Data).

Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and error handling using Syniti ADM.

Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems to SAP or other target systems.

Ensure compliance with data governance, data quality, and audit standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration cycles (mock loads, dry runs, cutovers).

Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and documentation to the clients internal teams.

Work closely with project managers, SAP functional consultants, and data owners to ensure successful migration outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (X+ years) in Syniti ADM (formerly DSP) implementation and support.

Strong understanding of data migration methodology, data quality management, and data governance.

Hands-on expertise with ETL, SQL scripting, and database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA, etc.).

Experience in SAP data migration projects (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP MDG, or related modules).

Knowledge of Master Data (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, HR, etc.) and Transactional Data migration.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Syniti ADM or related tools.

Experience with Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), SAP Data Services (BODS), or other data management tools.

Exposure to cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Prior consulting experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
