Role Overview: As a SW Business Analysis Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role involves providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will work closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and analyze specific and well-documented requirements for business needs related to processes, organizations systems, applications, etc. - Understand and map the requirements to the given business problems. - Define the scope of the project, the timescales, and resources needed to complete it. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation/Post Graduate Diploma in Management. In this role, you are expected to work well in a team, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, have numerical ability, and be results-oriented. Your responsibilities will involve solving routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your interactions will be within your own team and direct supervisor, and you will receive detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
