SVP CSDO Data Quality Ops

As the Finance Acctg Group Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing complex and critical areas within the finance function. You will lead a team of professionals and ensure the delivery of a full range of services to the business or geographic regions. Your role will require a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the function and strong commercial awareness to achieve the function's objectives. You will be involved in short- to medium-term planning and have full management responsibility for your team, including budget planning and performance evaluation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure financial controls are in place for all key processes and address any control weaknesses. - Understand and comply with new control requirements. - Establish consistent processes and a strong control environment. - Identify and escalate control issues effectively. - Prepare control guidelines and train controllers on their application. - Coordinate deep dives to identify control deficiencies and propose solutions. - Ensure regular reviews to identify control gaps. - Coordinate Audit preparation work with countries. - Monitor CAPs/IMRs. - Assess risks when making business decisions and drive compliance with regulations. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of relevant experience - Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent - Strong communication and coordination skills - Analytical skills - Ability to manage and lead a team - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Proactive approach to improving controls and processes In terms of education, a Bachelors/University degree is required, with a Masters degree preferred.
