Sustainable Procurement Data Analyst

As a Sustainable Procurement Data Analyst at Diageo, you will be an integral part of the dynamic Procurement & Sustainability Digital Insights team. Your main focus will be on driving sustainability initiatives by collecting, validating, and ingesting critical data to support Diageo's Scope 3 carbon reporting, directly impacting the future of sustainable practices within the global operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Gather sustainability data from various internal and external sources. - Ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Validate collected data to meet quality standards. - Align data with external reporting requirements. - Ingest validated data into Diageo's sustainability reporting systems and databases. - Support the preparation of Scope 3 carbon reports. - Ensure alignment with CSRD and other relevant sustainability standards. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Identify opportunities for improving data collection, validation, and reporting processes. - Ensure compliance with all relevant sustainability standards and regulations. Qualifications Required: - University Degree in a quantitative (STEM) or environment/sustainability focussed discipline. - Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a Supply Chain or Sustainability function. - Excellent data management and analytical skills. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software including Excel, PowerBI, and SAP. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Active interest and knowledge in sustainability standards and frameworks, including CSRD, is preferred.
