To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials: Job title Senior BIM Modeler-Water, Netherlands Role accountabilities: Production and verification of BIM models and civil, piping and equipment drawings for selected projects (or components of projects) for Water team. Responsibility for technical assurance, quality assurance, client feedback, and effective communication. Proactively engaging with various Arcadis Regional offices/ teams regarding safe design requirements, and flag risks at appropriate levels. Resolving issues and create strong relationships with project colleagues in the regions, evidenced through great feedback. Reviewing work and drive the culture of checking and accountability in the team, including interdisciplinary checks Adhere to the schedule and quality requirements. Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges. Awareness of Health, Safety & Environment aspects of the project works. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings. High level of communication and good writing skills. Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation. May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific BIM modeling content for project. Software Expectations: Knowledge of authoring software belonging to Autodesk Suite such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD & Civil 3D Knowledge of Federation tools Navisworks Manage Ability to setup workflows in Common data environments like BIM 360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud etc. Working knowledge of Microsoft office suites. Develop & maintain BIM models for lighting design projects using Revit or Navisworks. Design lighting layouts & plans, considering aesthetics, functionality & sustainability. Prepare construction documents, lighting plans, schedules & specifications.

Position - Sr. Exe/Exe Sustainability Engineer Location - Nagpur Work Experience and Education: Good communication and interpersonal skills Should have relevant experience, preferably in sustainability/ESG data management, audit or reporting in a corporate setting, sustainability consulting or sustainability NGOs. • Should have demonstrated experience in providing data analytics and data quality verification and management and knowledge of data analytics and reporting software. • Should have 3-4 years of experience in ESG . Education BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental Science) or MSC with additional qualification in Environmental Science / Renewable Engineering or ESG or Graduate / Post graduate with relevant experience in ESG Work experience: candidate with requisite qualification and working either in manufacturing set-up (preferable) or ESG reporting in consulting Main Duties and Responsibilities: • should have experience in or worked on the sustainability standards like CDP, SBTi, TCFD, SDG, GHG protocols etc. Should be aware of CSR reporting standards and document preparation for CSRD. Will be responsible for leading and implementing the companys Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives. To create the ESG strategy, road map for short term & long term ESG goals and collaborate with various stake holders, including senior management, employees, customers, and external partners, to drive ESG strategies and integrate sustainability principles throughout the organization. • Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data and metrics. • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including management, regulators, customers, and employees. This may involve producing sustainability reports, participating in ESG rating assessments, and responding to the data requests. • Follow ESG reporting trends and developments in ESG data disclosure landscape, benchmark best practices and provide recommendations on to continue improving ESG data disclosures • Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate employees about ESG issues, climate change, decarbonation, certifications, energy efficiency, best practices and their role in achieving ESG goals. • Support efforts to respond to key ESG surveys, ratings and rankings prioritized by the Company specifically as it relates to ESG performance data. • Support for GHG scope 1,2 & 3 calculation and reporting as per WRI Guidelines. Responsible for making GHG reduction plan, implementation throughout the organization for long term net zero target. • Life cycle assessment, EPD and analysis of proposed modifications. • Research external industries & global trends and conduct competitive analysis in order to identify opportunities and make recommendations for application within the organization . Administer the online platform used for data collection and audit, prepare instructions and guidance materials for data providers on how to use the system and submit high- quality auditable data. Serve as a point of contact for the external vendor providing the platform service. • Assisting with report preparation, including internal and external reports as per the requirement. Duties and Responsibilities Works under limited supervision. Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content. Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.). Develops and maintains HVAC system designs, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers, to coordinate HVAC systems integration within the overall building design. Performs clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between HVAC systems and other building components. Conducts energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency. Prepares detailed technical specifications and equipment schedules for HVAC systems. Participates in client meetings and presentations to discuss HVAC design concepts, challenges, and solutions. Mentors junior designers and drafters, providing guidance on HVAC design principles and BIM best practices. Ensures quality control of HVAC designs and BIM models through regular reviews and audits. Stays current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulations related to HVAC design and BIM implementation. Contributes to the development and maintenance of company HVAC design standards and BIM templates. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HVAC design and BIM implementation. Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Experience with other software like Revizto and MicroStation is a plus. Thorough understanding of HVAC systems, building codes, and industry standards. Proven ability to manage complex BIM projects from concept to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor and train junior staff on BIM best practices. Familiarity with sustainable design principles and energy modeling software. Professional certification such as PE, LEED AP, or ASHRAE certification is preferred. Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and project management software. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in HVAC and BIM.
