Sustainability Coordinator

As an ideal candidate for the role at INI Design Studio, you will be responsible for providing sustainability guidance and directions to evaluate and incorporate green building design features and sustainability practices on various project types. You will collaborate with other project consultants and cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into building design, construction, and operations. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies aimed at transforming designs into environmentally sustainable built environments, aligning with globally recognized sustainability benchmarks. Additionally, you will support the execution of LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA projects leading to successful certifications. - Have a good understanding of Sustainable Design Principles & Analytical Tools - Provide sustainability guidance and directions for various project types - Collaborate with project consultants and teams to integrate sustainability principles - Develop and execute strategies for environmentally sustainable built environments - Perform modeling, simulations, and calculations using templates and tools of IGBC/LEED/GRIHA - Prepare necessary LEED, IGBC, GRIHA documentations for projects - Attend meetings with stakeholders and obtain Green Certification documentation - Keep records and update database on Green Materials & Products - Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and regulations in sustainability reporting and green building initiatives - Architecture graduate with a strong interest in the environment and green design with 5+ years of experience - Passion for green design and commitment to sustainability - Understanding and working knowledge about Green Building Certifications and standards - Substantial knowledge of simulation tools for energy, daylighting, renewable energy, wind, daylight, ventilation, and embodied energy analysis - Excellent knowledge of Indian and International codes and standards - Good understanding of building MEPF systems - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills INI Design Studio is an award-winning, multidisciplinary design practice with a team of 350+ professionals providing services in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, and more.
