Sustainability Consultant

You are a motivated and analytical Sustainability Consultant looking to join a growing team in the Middle East & Asia region. Your role will involve contributing to innovative solutions that help clients achieve their environmental and social responsibility goals. You will be based in the Bangalore office on a full-time basis. Your responsibilities will include conducting sustainability assessments for client projects, developing sustainability strategies in collaboration with the wider team, preparing detailed reports and presentations on sustainability features within project designs, and offering technical advice on sustainable design and construction practices. You will also work closely with other design disciplines to ensure sustainability requirements are met and stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability. Additionally, you will assist in calculating carbon footprints, conducting life cycle assessments, and managing projects independently, including client presentations and communications. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sustainability or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Strong analytical skills, excellent research abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. You should have knowledge of sustainability aspects of the built environment, an understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and climate change issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you should possess excellent presentation, communication, and graphical presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and experience working with international projects in a multi-dynamic MNC culture. LEED AP BD+C credential is a must, and other desired credentials such as WELL AP, BREEAM AP, IGBC AP, EDGE Expert, and ENV SP are beneficial. Experience with IES-VE or similar and OneClick LCA or similar tools is a plus.,
