Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct surveys utilizing various methodologies such as CATI, face-to-face interviews, and online surveys to meet project objectives. - Collaborate with the team to refine and build survey questionnaires for better clarity and engagement. - Assist in cleaning, coding, and analyzing survey data to identify patterns and actionable insights. - Contribute to creating structured reports, presentations, and executive summaries highlighting key findings. - Support the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for real-time tracking and client-ready insights. - Provide recommendations to enhance project efficiency and research workflows. - Assist in curating the scope of work and contributing to proposal development for survey-based research projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the survey research domain is mandatory. - Willingness to travel locally and internationally for fieldwork. - Strong skills in post-survey data analysis and reporting. - Experience with dashboarding and visualization, with Power BI preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
