Role Overview: Ken Research, a Market Research and consulting firm based in Gurugram, is seeking a Survey Research Analyst to join their team. As a Survey Research Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing surveys, optimizing questionnaires, analyzing survey data, creating reports and visualizations, and contributing to process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple industries and gain valuable experience in survey research and data interpretation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct surveys using various methodologies such as CATI, face-to-face interviews, and online/web surveys to meet project objectives. - Collaborate with the team to refine and build survey questionnaires and discussion guides for clarity and engagement. - Assist in cleaning, coding, and analyzing survey data to identify patterns and actionable insights. - Contribute to creating reports, presentations, and executive summaries highlighting key findings. - Support the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for real-time tracking. - Provide recommendations to enhance project efficiency and research workflows. - Assist in scoping work and proposal development for survey-based research projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in survey research domain is mandatory. - Willingness to travel locally and internationally for on-field work. - Strong skills in post-survey data analysis and reporting. - Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools, with preference for Power BI. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
