Job Description

Job Title: Survey Engineer / Billing Engineer
Organization: Tenstone Location: Bhaykala / Grant Road, Mumbai Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Working Days: 6 days a week Education: B.E. Civil Experience Required: 5 to 6 years (with at least 2 years of stability in one organization) Job Summary

Tenstone is currently seeking a skilled Survey Engineer / Billing Engineer with a strong foundation in civil engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have solid on-site experience in surveying and billing, coupled with strong technical knowledge and a stable professional background. You will play a key role in executing fieldwork, managing billing operations, and ensuring accurate project reporting.

Key Responsibilities As a Survey Engineer:

Conduct detailed land and site surveys using modern surveying instruments.
Establish control points and ensure accuracy in leveling, traversing, and other survey activities.
Interpret and utilize civil engineering drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure field data aligns with design plans.
Maintain proper documentation of survey reports and data logs.

As a Billing Engineer:

Prepare and verify subcontractor and client bills as per project scope and site measurements.
Maintain quantity records, BOQ verification, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project budgets and billing cycles.
Monitor and report project cost variances and progress.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).
56 years of total relevant experience in Surveying and Billing roles.
Minimum 2 years of stable experience in a single organization (mandatory).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, site execution, and measurement techniques.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Interview Process

Round 1: Telephonic Interview
Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview (Scheduled in the second half of the day)
