Surgical Executive - Micorsurgery (entry level)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Shira MedTech, you will be responsible for expanding the microsurgery product range across India. This role is suitable for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience who are enthusiastic about working in a challenging startup environment and building a successful career in medical device sales. Your main duties will include educating surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and distributors about the innovative microsurgical solutions, driving sales, and enhancing the market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential customers such as microsurgeons, plastic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals. - Convert leads into sales by building relationships and employing consultative selling techniques. - Drive awareness and adoption of Shiras microsurgery instruments in hospitals and surgical centers. - Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for the Indian market. - Provide feedback from the field to aid in refining sales strategies and product development. - Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams. - Address customer inquiries, provide technical information, and ensure post-sales satisfaction. - Assist in product trials, evaluations, and early-stage clinical adoption. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a relevant field. - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
