Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Review medical records, surgical procedures, and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to implement changes and improve patient care.
Develop and maintain quality control processes for general surgery services.
Provide feedback on SDS (Surgical Documentation System) documentation.

Required Candidates:

4-9 years of experience in Quality Analysis or related field (Medical Coding, QA).
Strong knowledge of General Surgery, Major Surgery, Medical Coding, Quality Audit, Quality Assurance (QA), and SDS principles.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to review complex data sets effectively.
