Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supreme Court Lawyer specializing in Family Law, based in Delhi, India. The lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, attending court hearings, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research. The role also involves client consultations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations relevant to family law.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs
• Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India
• Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus
• Membership in the Bar Council of India
