Job Description

We are looking for a Support Team Executive to handle customer and seller queries efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats.

Resolve order-related issues (refunds, delays, etc.).

Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Support sellers and delivery partners with app-related queries.

Provide timely follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools). Experience in customer support or eCommerce preferred. Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
