Purpose To support day-to-day center operations, logistics, and facility management, ensuring the centers function smoothly and provide a safe, clean, and efficient learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the training center infrastructure.
● Support trainers in setting up equipment, materials, and training aids for practical sessions.
● Assist with attendance management, photocopying, and record keeping.
● Manage refreshments, kit distribution, and general hospitality during training and events.
● Provide logistical support during mobilization drives and exposure visits.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
● 1–2 years of experience in operations or support roles within NGO or educational setups. ● Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Well-maintained, functional, and hygienic training centers.
● Seamless logistical and operational support for all sessions and assessments.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
