Job Summary

Responsible for providing support to technical Engineers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work on Fiber Optics cable laying.
• Provide support to Marketing Manager to boost sale.
• Work on Internet Tower to help Technician.
• Participate in the escalation process under the direction of the Team Manager.
• Note and communicate any new/unresolved issues relating to the products being supported.
• Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency, and to broaden product knowledge.
• Extend contact to promote and sell products or services as required by assigned queue.
• Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• No Experience Required.
• Bike with D/L is Mandatory.

Training

• Company Will provide 15 days on field and office training before joining.
• Fuel will be paid as per Company policy.
• No any other allowance or payment will be made for training.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
