Support Sales Engineer

Pre-Sales Enablement Support

• Develop and maintain PoV scripts, demo environments, and solution assets.
  
• Assist with trial setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  
• Manage administrative activities such as license key activation, trial extensions, and environment preparation.
  

Partner Engagement Support

• Collaborate with the Partner Manager (e.g., Maria Tsenno) to provide technical resources for partner enablement.
  
• Support special initiatives like Project Fly-wheel , equipping partners with the tools and assets they need to effectively represent our solutions.
  

Sales Process Support

• Provide background solution preparation for senior SEs and Enterprise Sales Solution Consultants.
  
• Ensure consistency and quality of pre-sales documentation, presentations, and proposal inputs.
  
• Maintain a central repository of pre-sales resources.
  

Learning & Development

• Participate in structured coaching and mentoring from Solution Engineers and AEs.
  
• Build technical proficiency in our solutions with the long-term goal of becoming a customer-facing SE.
  
• Shadow customer engagements to gain exposure to presentation, discovery, and solution positioning skills.
