Job Title Support IT SAP WML Job Description You will be responsible for Requirement Gathering & Analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives. Your role involves documenting and analyzing requirements for IT systems or process improvements. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment. Additionally, you will evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommend IT-driven solutions to optimize operations, and create functional and technical specifications, business cases, and user stories. Maintaining clear and organized documentation for project stakeholders and collaborating with development teams during the software development lifecycle will be part of your responsibilities. You will assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets requirements and interpret data to drive decisions and support project outcomes using tools like SQL, BI software, Python model development. Principal Accountabilities - Closely coordinate with Internal Customers to understand business needs and provide SAP support. - Ensure timely maintenance of masters into the SAP system and updated in all respect. - Address all tickets as per SLA. - Audit the SAP process on a timely manner. - Learn about SAP best practices and apply them to the system. - Facilitate SAP all module related training programs. - Drive Digital initiatives in all SAP areas. - Prepare business requirement specification documents & perform UAT for all relevant new development/enhancement. - Ensure proper authorization access of relevant roles to users to avoid any conflicts and audit observations. - Coordinate with internal & external agencies.
