Support Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for resolving customer queries via Mail, Chat, and Web Call. Your main focus will be on providing the best possible resolution to customers without engaging in any sales process. Additionally, you may need to collaborate with the software technical team to address customer issues. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential as you will be interacting with foreign clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a key part of your role. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting will be valuable assets. Please note that you may be required to work afternoon shifts.
