Role & responsibilities

As a Support Engineer at Tavant Technologies, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software products. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Communicates directly with stakeholders, including operational specialists in the Finance department, software developers, and product managers. Possesses excellent analytical skills and thrives on uncovering the root causes of inconsistencies in financial data, often requiring investigation across multiple systems, databases, and log files. Acts as the first line of support, triaging issues reported by various stakeholders. Analyses complex financial processes executed by a range of systems within a microservices architecture. Investigations lead to both short-term and long-term improvements in business logic, testing protocols, and operational procedures.
