Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer to manage daily operations, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for projection mapping and façade lighting systems. The role involves evening operational duties, system checks, fault reporting, and ensuring smooth show operations during warranty and AMC periods.
Key Responsibilities
Operate projection mapping and lighting systems during scheduled evening hours.
Conduct daily system health checks and ensure smooth functioning.
Log faults with OEMs, coordinate for timely resolution, and report daily system status.
Follow SOPs for start-up, show operation, and safe shutdown.
Ensure availability during operational hours and support continuity with backup resources.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in AV systems, projection, lighting, or technical O&M roles.
Ability to perform basic diagnostics and coordinate with OEM/technical teams.
Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, AV Technology, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
