Role : Support Engineer/ L3 Support
Experience : 3-8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Support and Maintenance:Provide L3 support for banking applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in both production and non-production environments.Collaborate with development teams to analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Address critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Design and Development
Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, bug fixes, and new features for Java applications.Ensure the stability and reliability of applications through careful design and thorough testing.
Must have:
• L3 Application Support + Development experience preferably in 4-10 years range• Good at coding, debugging & communication skills.• Strong understanding on Java and OOPS concepts• Unix/ Linux• SQL/database understanding.
