1. Hands-on experience on a Catia V5 tool
2. Professional or academic knowledge on PLM fundamentals (foundation of 3D experience tool) 3. Good Communication skills and analytical skills prerequisite for global support team.4. Ready to learn support process ( use of Service now, incident management etc) 5. Good to have - knowledge on monitoring tool ( Splunk, Grafana, DSLS console)6. Ready to work on Indian (9 AM -6 PM IST) and European shifts ( 12 PM -9 PM IST)Main activity:- Incident and user request management- Participation to application improvement:- Root cause analysis- Work with development team to make application more robust- Improvement of user training- Monitoring and alerting improvement- New release validation.
